Every year millions of people make the resolution to lose weight & be healthier for the upcoming year. I have made that same resolution for many years.
2019 the year of my health & fitness
I have tried numerous weight loss & healthy lifestyle programs like MyFitnessPal, Lose it, lifeSum, etc.
Today, I want to share with you all the only program that has worked for me. That program is Weight Watchers now called WW.
Basically, I love food & love to eat. The feeling that I am depriving myself of something such food, I hate it. With Weight Watchers, I feel that I am not depriving myself of any particular foods. When I go out to eat with my family or friends can order off the menu. It’s important to make smart choice when eating out but, it’s perfectly okay to deluge in desert every once & a while.
Another way that I am making this year of health & fitness for myself is joining Beach Body On Demand. I have never been a gym person. Personally, I find the gym somewhat boring. I could not find a workout routine that I enjoyed. Jumping from the treadmill to the weights, I found so boring. For me to do something like commit to the gym I needed it to be exciting & diffferent. With Beach Body On Demand, I do not get bored with workouts plus I can do it in the comfort of my own home. Other ways to make your health a priority.
On another note, putting your health a priority is more than just losing weight & making healthier food choices. I am a firm believer in taking care of yourself in various ways.
A few a of my favorites ways to take care of my health outside of making healthy food choices or fitness regimens are reading a devotional, reading a book, listening to a podcast, taking a nap, listening to music, being around encouraging people, etc.
My hope for this blog post, is to encourage & motivate you to make your health & fitness a priority in your life either by making healthy lifestyle choices or taking time to take care of yourself.
